We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition

  • Have all original tags still attached

  • Be free from any odors, stains, or signs of wear

3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items

  • Gift cards

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Pack your item(s) securely in their original packaging.

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Refunds

6. Shipping Fees
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. If your return qualifies for a free return, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to make arrangements. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund.
